How to order custom hoodies & sweatshirts.
Every project starts with a conversation. Share your requirements, work through the details with us, and agree on the garment before confirming the bulk order.
Share your project.
Choose existing styles from the hoodie and sweatshirt collections, or describe your own design. Include your branding ideas, destination and estimated total quantity across all styles and colors.
If quantities or specifications are still open, tell us what you are considering. You can send an inquiry without choosing a catalog style. Our quantity breakdown guide shows how to organize styles, colors and sizes in one brief.
Work through the details.
We’ll discuss the garment, materials, measurements, artwork and labels needed for your project. The brief guides the quotation and sample arrangements.
Share a target date if you have one. Sample stages and production timing are discussed in relation to the agreed requirements.
Review the right sample.
For an existing style, a blank garment sample can help you check its fabric, fit and feel. For your own design, we’ll agree on a development sample plan suited to the brief.
A blank sample does not approve the finished branding. Print artwork, label details and any branded sample requirements are reviewed separately.
Explore the making stages, from fabric and pattern development to packing.
Confirm the order together.
Review the final garment specifications, approved branding, size and color breakdown, total quantities, quotation and delivery arrangements.
Once those details are agreed, the order moves forward on the confirmed plan. Keep any changes in the same conversation so the requirements stay clear.

Get to know
the garment.
A physical sample answers questions that a picture can’t: how a fabric feels, how the garment fits and how its details work together.
Tell us what you want to assess. We’ll discuss a suitable sample and confirm its specifications, cost and shipping arrangements with you.
Discuss a sampleBefore you inquire.
Can one inquiry include several styles?
Yes. Add the styles you’re considering to one inquiry. The project quantity is your combined total across styles and colors; you can add individual style quantities when known.
Do I need a finished tech pack?
You can start with your current references and describe the intended result. Tell us which details are confirmed and which need discussion. For custom development, we’ll review the information needed to move the project forward.
Can I inquire before the quantity is final?
Yes. Share an estimate or select “Not sure yet” in your inquiry. The final quantity and style, size and color breakdown are agreed before the order is confirmed.
Where should I start with printing or labels?
See our customization options and send the artwork or references you have. Include print placement, dimensions and label requirements where available.
